# Contact Profile

### How do I view full contact details?

To view detailed information about a contact:

1. Open **Audience → Contact List**
2. Click **View** on the contact card

This opens the **Contact Profile**, which displays complete information and insights.

### What information is available in the Contact Profile?

The Contact Profile includes:

* Name and phone number
* Country and organisation
* Assigned groups
* Messaging eligibility status
* Source of contact creation
* Last activity and interaction state

You can update editable fields directly and save changes instantly.
