Dashboard Metrics Overview

The dashboard presents key performance metrics in four categories:

3.1. Campaigns

  • Total Campaigns: Displays the number of campaigns created (e.g., 23).

  • Rate of Delivery: Shows the campaign delivery success rate (e.g., 72.44%).

  • Action: "Send Campaign" Button: Allows users to create and launch new campaigns.

3.2. Contacts

  • Total Contacts: Indicates the total number of contacts stored in the system (e.g., 207).

  • New Contacts: Shows the number of contacts added in the current month (e.g., 2).

  • Action: "Create Contact" Button: Enables the addition of new customer details.

3.3. Open Chats

  • Open Chats: Displays the number of ongoing customer conversations (e.g., 11).

  • Resolved Chats: Indicates the number of successfully resolved conversations (e.g., 4).

  • Action: "Your Chats" Button: Provides access to the chat management interface.
