Dashboard Metrics Overview
The dashboard presents key performance metrics in four categories:
3.1. Campaigns
Total Campaigns: Displays the number of campaigns created (e.g., 23).
Rate of Delivery: Shows the campaign delivery success rate (e.g., 72.44%).
Action: "Send Campaign" Button: Allows users to create and launch new campaigns.
3.2. Contacts
Total Contacts: Indicates the total number of contacts stored in the system (e.g., 207).
New Contacts: Shows the number of contacts added in the current month (e.g., 2).
Action: "Create Contact" Button: Enables the addition of new customer details.
3.3. Open Chats
Open Chats: Displays the number of ongoing customer conversations (e.g., 11).
Resolved Chats: Indicates the number of successfully resolved conversations (e.g., 4).
Action: "Your Chats" Button: Provides access to the chat management interface.
3.4. Templates
Total Templates: Shows the total number of templates created (e.g., 21).
Approved Templates: Displays the count of templates approved for use (e.g., 20).
Action: "Create Template" Button: Allows users to design and submit new templates for approval.
