Bot Manager

Enable users to create and manage different types of bots for automated communication.

  1. Bots Management:

    • A list of existing bots with columns like "Name," "Type," and "Actions."

    • Actions include:

      • Analytics: Analyze the bot's performance or activity.

      • Deactivate: Temporarily disable the bot.

      • Delete: Permanently remove the bot.

    • Two buttons are available for creating new bots:

      • Create Template-Based Bot

      • Create Message Bot

  1. Creating a Template-Based Bot:

    • Requires the following inputs:

      • Bot Name: A unique name for the bot.

      • Template: The pre-defined template to use for bot responses.

      • Reply Type: Configurable as "Reply bot: On exact match."

      • Trigger: The condition that activates the bot (e.g., keywords or events).

    • Includes an Apply button to save the bot configuration.

  2. Creating a New Text Bot:

  • Additional configuration options:

    • Reply Text: The message that the bot will send, with support for dynamic fields like {name} or {email}.

    • Reply Type: Options for trigger types.

    • Trigger: Keywords or conditions that activate the bot.

    • Optional fields:

      • Header: Custom text at the beginning of the bot's message.

      • Footer: Custom text at the end of the bot's message.

  • Option 1: Bot with Reply Buttons:

  • Configure up to five reply buttons, each with:

    • Button name.

    • Button ID (optional).

    • Useful for quick replies or pre-defined options.

  • Option 2: Bot with Button Link - CTA URL:

  • Configure buttons with:

    • Button name.

    • Button link (URL for the call-to-action)
