The Chat feature is the core communication module of the Samwad Dashboard. It allows teams to manage all inbound and outbound WhatsApp conversations from a single, unified interface.
This module is primarily used by customer support and operations teams for real-time customer interaction.
What you can do:View all incoming WhatsApp messages in real time
Reply to customers directly from the dashboard
Send text messages, images, documents, and other supported media
Handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously
Key capabilities:Conversation Management – Each customer interaction is organized as a conversation for easy tracking.
Agent Assignment – Conversations can be assigned to specific agents based on workload or responsibility.
Chat Status Tracking – Conversations can be marked as active or resolved to manage support flow.
Message History – Full conversation history is maintained for context and reference.
