Templates

• The Templates feature is used to create and manage WhatsApp message templates required for outbound communication on the WhatsApp Business API.

  All broadcast messages and notifications must use templates that are approved by WhatsApp.

  What you can do:

  • Create new WhatsApp message templates

  • Select template categories (Marketing, Utility, Authentication)

  • Submit templates for WhatsApp approval

  • View template approval status

  Key capabilities:

  • Template Approval Tracking – Easily see which templates are approved, pending, or rejected.
