Campaigns in Samwad

The Campaigns section in Samwad allows users to create, manage, and monitor WhatsApp marketing campaigns seamlessly. Below is an explanation of its functionality based on the images provided.

Campaign Management Overview

• The Campaigns page provides a summary of all existing campaigns, including:

  • Campaign Name: Identifies each campaign (e.g., "pps_test_1", "newyear2025").

  • Template Used: Displays the WhatsApp message template utilized for the campaign.

  • Contacts: Shows the number of contacts targeted and the percentage of the total contact list.

  • Delivery Metrics:

    • Delivered to: Displays the percentage and number of contacts successfully reached.

    • Read By: Indicates the percentage and number of contacts who have read the messages.

  • Icons for:

    • Broadcasting campaign details.

    • Viewing delivery and read metrics.

Steps to Send a New Campaign

1. Navigate to the Campaigns Page:

   • Click on the Campaigns option in the left navigation panel.

   • You will be directed to the campaign management page, where all current campaigns are listed.

2. Start a New Campaign:

   • Click on the "Send New Campaign" button in the top-right corner.

3. Fill in Campaign Details:

   • A form will appear requiring the following information:

     • Campaign Name: Provide a unique name for your campaign (e.g., "HolidayPromo2025").

     • Template: Select a pre-approved WhatsApp template from the dropdown list.

     • Contacts: Choose the list of contacts you want to target.

     • Schedule Send Time:

       • Set the date and time for the campaign to be sent.

       • Alternatively, toggle the "Ignore schedule time and send now" option to send immediately.

   • Once all details are filled in, click Apply to schedule or send the campaign.
