Integrating WhatsApp chat into your website using the SAMWAD Web Widget is simple and effective. Follow these steps on the SAMWAD dashboard to get started.

Step 1: Log in to Your SAMWAD Dashboard
Open the SAMWAD dashboard and log in using your credentials.
Navigate to the Web Widget section from the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Configure the Web Widget
Once inside the Web Widget creator page, customize the following fields:
Logo:
Upload your brand logo to display on the widget.
WhatsApp Phone Number:
Enter the registered WhatsApp number connected to your business.
Header Text and Subtext:
Add the title (e.g., "SAMWAD") and status (e.g., "Online") that will appear on the widget.
Widget Text:
Provide a welcoming or call-to-action message for users, such as: “I want to know more about SAMWAD.”
Button Text:- Customize the button label, like “Chat on WhatsApp.”
Step 3: Select Widget Type
Choose Between:
With Input Field:
Add a placeholder text, such as: “Enter your query here.”
Without Input Field:
This directs users to WhatsApp directly without any additional input.
Step 4: Customize Appearance
Button Color: Select a color that matches your brand identity.
Header Color: Choose a header bar color to align with your website's theme.
Step 5: Save and Generate Code
Once all fields are configured, click the Save button.
Copy the auto-generated widget code from the right-hand panel.
Step 6: Embed the Code on Your Website
Open your website's HTML or CMS editor (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
Paste the copied code into the appropriate section of your website.
For example:- Place it in the footer or contact page for maximum visibility.
Save your changes and publish the website.
Step 7: Test the Integration
Visit your website and check the widget's functionality.
Click the chat button and verify that it redirects users to your WhatsApp Business account.
