WhatsApp Flows

  • Accessing WhatsApp Flows

    • The WhatsApp Flows section lists all created flows based on business requirements.

    • Each flow displays an ID, name, and status (e.g., Published, Draft).

    • The right-side panel has a "Create Flow" button to start a new flow.

  • Creating a New Flow

    • Click "Create Flow" to open a new window.

    • Enter a flow name and select a category (e.g., Appointment Booking, Lead Generation, Customer Support).

    • Click "Create Flow" to generate a new interactive flow.

  • Managing Flows on the Dashboard

    • The main dashboard allows users to clone (duplicate an existing flow) or send a flow directly to a contact or audience.

  • Previewing & Publishing a Flow

    • You can preview the flow to check how it appears on different devices:

      • Android and iOS – Ensuring compatibility across devices.

      • Dark Mode & Light Mode – Checking how the flow looks in different themes.

    • Once finalized, click "Publish" to make the flow live and ready for use.
