Contacts
The Contacts section in the SAMWAD Dashboard comprises four subsections: Contact List, Fields, Groups, and Import. Each subsection has a specific purpose and functionality:
1.Contact List
Displays a comprehensive list of all registered contacts.
Each contact includes multiple fields with associated data.
Use this list to view and manage existing contacts.

2.Fields
Customize your contact information by adding new fields.
Newly added fields will appear in the list, making it easier to manage and identify them.
Fields can be used to store additional details about your contacts.

3.Groups
Organize your contacts into different groups for easier management.
Use this subsection to:
Create new groups.
Search for and view existing groups.
Groups allow you to categorize contacts based on specific attributes or requirements.

4.Import
Step 1: Prepare Your .csv File
Ensure your contact data is organized in a standard .csv format.
Key guidelines for preparing the file:
If the "First Tag" field is left blank for a user, it will remain blank after import.
Headers like Name and Phone are treated as custom attributes.
Mobile numbers must include the country code, prefixed with a '+' sign (e.g., +91).
Fields not included in the .csv file will either:
Update automatically based on their properties, or
Remain empty.
Step 2: Upload Your .csv File
Click the 'Import' button in the Import subsection.
Select the prepared .csv file from your system.
Ensure the file is saved in .csv format (e.g., if using Excel, save the file as .csv before uploading).
Step 3: Review Import Results
Once the upload is complete, your contacts will be imported into the SAMWAD Dashboard.
To identify and resolve any issues, download the failure report and review the failure details
